Act 266 of 1951 123.368 Free service prohibited. Sec. 8. No free service shall be furnished by any such garbage disposal equipment system to any person, firm or corporation, public or private, or to any public agent or instrumentality while any bonds issued in pursuance of this act shall remain unpaid.
