Section 77 - Office of Medicaid to Attribute Members to Primary Care Providers

Section 77. To the maximum extent possible, the office of Medicaid shall attribute every member to a primary care provider. Members may change their primary care provider, provided that the member gives notice to the office of Medicaid.
