Section 20. The office of public safety and inspections within the division of professional licensure is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate rules and regulations governing the operation of carriage horses.

Section 20. The office of public safety and inspections within the division of occupational licensure is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate rules and regulations governing the operation of carriage horses.
