Section 196 - Engagement in Business Without License

Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 140 § 196 (2020)

Section 196. Whoever in such a city or town, without obtaining a license under section one hundred and ninety-four, if one is required, engages in the business described in said section, shall be punished by a fine of not more than ten dollars.
