Section 187 - Maintenance of Rink Without License
Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 140 § 187 (2020)
Section 187. Whoever, without such license, establishes, keeps open or maintains a skating rink to be used for the amusement of roller skating or any other amusement referred to in the preceding section shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
