Section 4 - Number of Incorporators; Capital

Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 158 § 4 (2019)

Section 4. For the purpose of carrying on any other lawful business for which corporations may be formed under this chapter, three or more persons may associate themselves, with a capital of not less than one thousand dollars. The capital of such companies other than gas and electric companies shall not exceed one million dollars.
