Section 25 Conveyances void as to creditors; persons having property as trustees

Universal Citation: MA Gen L ch 246 § 25 (2018)

Section 25. A person summoned as trustee having goods, effects or credits of the defendant in his possession by a conveyance or title void as to the creditors of the defendant may be adjudged a trustee, although the defendant could not maintain an action therefor against him.
