Section 22E Abandoned vehicles; removal of parts; penalty

Section 22E. Whoever takes any part or accessory from an abandoned motor vehicle standing upon a public or private way or standing upon any property without the permission of the owner or lessee thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than three hundred dollars.
