Section 39 Amount due from remainderman; determination

Section 39. If the amount due from the remainderman or reversioner is not agreed on by the parties, it may be determined in a civil action brought by the remainderman or reversioner; and the proceedings shall be the same as in a suit for the redemption of a mortgage.
