CHAPTER 266 CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY
Section 130 Penal institutions; injury to property
Section 130. Whoever, being a prisoner at a jail or house of correction, wilfully and maliciously injures or destroys any public property or any materials furnished for the employment of prisoners in such jail or house of correction may be punished by imprisonment for not less than six months nor more than two and one half years.
