CHAPTER 264 CRIMES AGAINST GOVERNMENTS
Section 4 Treason; manner of conviction

Section 4. No person shall be convicted of treason except by the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act of treason whereof he stands indicted, unless he confesses the same in open court.
