CHAPTER 255F LICENSING OF MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS
Section 10 Violation of Sec. 2; penalties

  Section 10. Whoever violates section 2 or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall be punished by a fine of not more than $2,000 or by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 21/2 or by imprisonment in state prison for not more than 5 years, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The penalty provision of this section shall be in addition to any other law applicable to a licensee or other person for violating section 2 or any rule or regulation made thereunder.

Chapter 255F: Section 10. Challenge to information entered into nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry

  Section 10. The commissioner shall establish a process whereby mortgage loan originators may challenge information entered into the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry by the commissioner; provided, however, that anyone aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner may appeal said decision in accordance with chapter 30A.
