Section 38 Soliciting the placement of name on jury list
Section 38. Whoever solicits or requests a registrar of voters, a selectman or an election commissioner to put his or any other name upon a jury list shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than one year.
