Section 3-306 Inappropriate tribunal

Section 3-306. Inappropriate tribunal. If a petition or comparable pleading is received by an inappropriate tribunal of the commonwealth, it shall forward the pleading and accompanying documents to an appropriate tribunal in the commonwealth or another state and notify the petitioner by first class mail, or by facsimile or other electronic transmission where and when the pleading was sent.
