CHAPTER 203 TRUSTS
Section 13 Resignation of trustee

[Text of section effective until July 1, 2011. Repealed by 2008, 521, Sec. 26. See 2008, 521, Sec. 44.]

Section 13. A trustee may resign his trust if the court authorized to appoint the trustee finds it proper to allow such resignation.
