CHAPTER 198 INSOLVENT ESTATES OF DECEASED PERSONS
Section 5 Creditors; notice
[Text of section effective until July 1, 2011. Repealed by 2008, 521, Sec. 17. See 2008, 521, Sec. 44.]
Section 5. The court shall in such cases order the executor or administrator to give to creditors notice of the times when and places where their claims will be examined, in the same manner as is required of commissioners.
