Section 49T Interpretation and construction of uniform aircraft financial responsibility act
Section 49T. Sections forty-nine B to forty-nine R, inclusive, may be cited as the Uniform Aircraft Financial Responsibility Act, and shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the laws of those states enacting like laws.
