CHAPTER 75D PRIVATE BUSINESS SCHOOLS
Section 9 Accreditation

Section 9. No private business school shall represent that it is an accredited school unless it has been accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Office of Education.
