CHAPTER 75D PRIVATE BUSINESS SCHOOLS
Section 10 Advertising
Section 10. No private business school shall engage in untrue, deceptive or misleading advertising. Each school shall submit to the commissioner for his approval, pursuant to regulations adopted under this chapter at least ten days prior to publication, a copy of all advertising.
