CHAPTER 75C PRIVATE CORRESPONDENCE SCHOOLS
Section 8 Contracts of unlicensed schools or representatives; enforceability
Section 8. No contract of a correspondence school not licensed under section two, and no contract of a correspondence school procured by a representative not licensed under section three, shall be enforceable in the courts of the commonwealth.
