CHAPTER 73 STATE COLLEGES AND COMMUNITY COLLEGES
Section 10 Audit; state college defined
Section 10. All accounts of the state and community colleges under the direction of the trustees including the accounts of all property or funds received, held or disbursed under any provision of section fourteen and all accounts of any person doing business as a bookstore on property of a state college shall be audited biennially by the state auditor. The words “state college”, as used in this section and in sections eleven to eighteen, inclusive, shall include the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
