TITLE VI COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS
CHAPTER 34 COUNTIES AND COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Section 15 Qualification of officers; return to state secretary

Section 15. They shall, upon administering the oaths of office to officers required by law to qualify before them, forthwith make return thereof to the state secretary.
