CHAPTER 33 MILITIA
Section 110 Premiums on bonds; payment

Section 110. The premium due to any surety company for acting as surety on any bond given under the provisions of sections fifteen, ninety-six, one hundred and eight and one hundred and nine shall be paid by the commonwealth.
