CHAPTER 33 MILITIA
Section 10 Armed forces of commonwealth; composition

Section 10. The armed forces of the commonwealth shall consist of the active national guard, army and air, and the inactive national guard, army and air. The commander-in-chief may from time to time prescribe, whenever necessary, a state guard or similar organization composed as permitted by law.
