CHAPTER 59 ASSESSMENT OF LOCAL TAXES
Section 56 Lost or destroyed warrants
Section 56. If a warrant issued for the collection of taxes is lost or destroyed, the assessors may issue a new warrant therefor, which shall have the same force and effect as the original warrant.
