CHAPTER 59 ASSESSMENT OF LOCAL TAXES
Section 23B Notice of abatements

Section 23B. The assessors shall, as often as once a month, notify the auditor or similar officer in cities and towns, the town accountant, if any, otherwise the town treasurer, of the amounts of abatements of taxes.
