Section 4 Appointment of employees
Section 4. The superintendent of state office buildings may, with the approval of the commissioner of administration, appoint such clerks, engineers, electricians, firemen, oilers, mechanics, elevator operators, janitors, cleaners and other persons as may be necessary to enable him to perform his duties.
