Section 168B Rules and regulations
Section 168B. The executive director of the criminal history systems board shall promulgate rules and regulations to ensure the prompt collection, exchange, dissemination and distribution of firearms record information in accordance with sections 121 to 131P, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and forty.
