CHAPTER 18 DEPARTMENT OF TRANSITIONAL ASSISTANCE
Section 27A Direct deposit of assistance checks at banking institutions; option of recipient
Section 27A. A recipient of financial aid from the department shall be given the option of instructing said department to forward all checks of such person to a checking account, established in his name, at any banking institution within the commonwealth which he shall designate.
