CHAPTER 13 DIVISION AND BOARDS OF REGISTRATION
Section 68 Meetings; officers; quorum
Section 68. The board shall hold at least two regular meetings each year and may hold such special meetings as it may determine. At the first regular meeting each year, the board shall organize and choose a chairman who shall be a member of the board and a secretary who may, but need not, be a member of the board. At all meetings of the board a quorum shall consist of three members.
