CHAPTER 10 DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE TREASURER
Section 9 Accounts; overdue bonds, notes and securities; transmission to attorney general
Section 9. He shall annually, on the first Monday of May, transmit to the attorney general an account of bonds, notes and securities in the treasury in which the commonwealth is interested and on which the principal or interest remains due and unpaid or of which the conditions have not been performed, classifying them under distinct heads.
