CHAPTER 10 DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE TREASURER
Section 8 Receipt of federal funds for highways
Section 8. He shall receive from the United States all sums of money payable to the commonwealth under any act of congress for the construction of any highways therein. The sums so received shall be credited to the Highway Fund.
