CHAPTER 3 THE GENERAL COURT
Section 57 Council; duties; creation of research bureau
Section 57. The council shall determine all policies with respect to a legislative research program as hereinafter provided and shall provide for the creation of a legislative research bureau, hereinafter called the bureau, under its direction, which shall carry out the policies so determined.
