2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 47. Dogs; wrongful removal of collar; poisoning; penalty.
Section 47. Whoever wrongfully removes the collar from a dog which is licensed and collared as provided in chapter one hundred and forty shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars, or by six months’ imprisonment, or both.
