2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 32. Improper parties defendants; effect.

Section 32. Such suit shall not be dismissed or barred for not making all the persons who might have been so included defendants; but in any stage of the cause the court may, upon terms, award proper process to bring in other parties, and may allow amendments in order to charge them as defendants.
