2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 94 — Section 295U. Conflicts with other laws.

Section 295U. Whenever the application of the provisions of any other law of this commonwealth conflicts with the application of the provisions of sections two hundred and ninety-five P to two hundred and ninety-five W, said sections shall prevail.
