2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 94 — Section 152C. Penalties for violations of secs. 152A and 152B.

Section 152C. Whoever violates any provision of section one hundred and fifty-two A or one hundred and fifty-two B shall be punished, for a first offence, by a fine of not not more than one hundred dollars and, for any subsequent offence, by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
