2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 7 — Section 43G. Severability.

Section 43G. If any provision or clause of sections thirty-nine A through forty-three F, inclusive, of this chapter, or application thereof is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the aforesaid sections which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of the aforesaid sections are declared to be severable.
