2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 7 — Section 38N. Procedures and regulations.

Section 38N. The board shall independently adopt procedures and regulations as necessary to implement the requirements of sections thirty-eight A1/2 to thirty-eight O, inclusive. Such procedures and regulations may vary according to the class of project.
