2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 67 — Section 9. Powers of moderator.

Section 9. The moderator shall have like powers with the moderator of a town meeting; and whoever is guilty of disorderly behavior at a meeting of a religious society shall be subject to the penalties provided for like offences in town meetings.
