2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 67 — Section 12. Procedure when officers fail to call meeting.

Section 12. If there are no assessors or committee, or if such officers unreasonably refuse to call a meeting, a justice of the peace may, upon the application of five or more membors, call a meeting in the manner provided in section twenty-two.
