2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 38 — Section 1. Definitions.

Section 1. As used in this chapter, the following words shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the following meanings:—

“Commission”, to the commission on medicolegal investigation, established by section one hundred and eighty-four of chapter six.

“Office”, the office of the chief medical examiner.
