2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 33 — Section 107. Unlawful purchase of military property; penalty.
Section 107. Whoever knowingly purchases, retains or has in his possession any item of military property of the United States or of the commonwealth, unless the same shall have been issued to him, or is in his possession in accordance with law, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding ten times the value thereof.
