2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 32 — Section 85C. Policemen and firemen excepted from law.

Section 85C. No policeman or fireman whose employment begins after June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, shall be subject to the provisions of sections eighty-three to eighty-five B, inclusive, or any of them.
