2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 168 — Section 24. Wrongful payment or authorization of payment of interest.

Section 24. Any officer, agent, clerk or servant of a savings bank who pays or authorizes the payment of interest in violation of the provisions of section twenty-nine shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six months.
