2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 130 — Section 102. Marine plants; regulation of taking.

Section 102. No person shall take by mechanical means Irish moss or kelp, marine plants of the species chondrus crispus, except with the written approval of the director and in accordance with such rules and regulations relative thereto as he may adopt.
