2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 13 — Section 41. Salaries and expenses.

Section 41. The members of the board shall serve without compensation; provided, however, that each member shall be reimbursed for actual expenses reasonably incurred in the performance of duties as a member or on behalf of the board; and provided, further, that the salaries and expenses of the members of the board shall not be in excess of the receipts for registration and receipts from other sources received by the state treasurer from the board. The position of secretary of the board shall be classified in accordance with section forty-five of chapter thirty and the salary shall be determined in accordance with section forty-six C of said chapter thirty.
