2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 127 — Section 151K. Definition of "state"; commonwealth party to compact.

Section 151K. The word “state” in sections one hundred and fifty-one A to one hundred and fifty-one J, inclusive, shall include any one of the several states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia, and the commonwealth shall be a party to said compact authorized by the provisions of section one hundred and fifty-one A with any such jurisdiction legally joining therein when such jurisdiction shall have enacted said compact in accordance with the terms thereof.
