2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 26. Escape or attempt to escape; aiding or assisting child inescape.

Section 26. Whoever escapes, or attempts to escape from the department or aids or assists a child in the custody of the department to escape or attempt to escape shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than two years.
