2006 Massachusetts Code - Chapter 12 — Section 26. Court appointment of substitute in absence of attorney general and district attorney.

Section 26. The supreme judicial or superior court may at any sitting, in the absence of the attorney general and district attorney, appoint some suitable person to perform their duties.
